Today I went to the show with Romeo and his owner, thankfully it all went very well, all turned up on time, including the owner which was great and after three clear rounds I think its fair to say we had a great day, phew !

Romeos owner was very happy and has treated us all to dinner in town tomorrow night. I shall look forward to that.

The day ended as well as it started, all the horses jumped great, Clover the best. I changed his bit again, this time to a Kimblewick, a bit of an old fashioned bit for a jumper, but hey ho it worked, so I will try him in it at the competition on Wednesday, hopefully it will make all the difference so I will be able to ride him myself, we will see, so far so good anyhow!!

After my hard working day getting absolutely soaked, I finished the evening off at Church, Holy Communion tonight, which was lovely, bit slow but very lovely. I bolted quickly after as I was still a bit wet from earlier and couldn’t wait to get home and have a bath, fabulous!!

Anyway, so this week was really good lots of blessings, Nik has gone home and is safely back in Rome, and me well I’m having an early night and going to finish reading my book The Secret.
