I have just come back from Church and I decided to buy some shrubs for the yard on the way to the yard. Some of the colours are magnificent.

I really do enjoy gardening and find it very therapeutic especially after the week I have had.

Did you know that I came 6th in the 1.30 National Championship final on Skyline. I’m so super chuffed with my achievement, not only did I breed him myself, or produce him myself, but to think he was competing against the best in the country against horses that are much older and more experienced than him. I am so delighted with him. As well as that he beat three horses on the Equine Pathway and has been constantly beating a lot of horses on it throughout the year, and I have to say I’m not even applying any pressure yet.

On another note talking of pressure, I was very surprised to see how many people abused their good horses, jumping round and round against the clock with no regard for the animal at all, it’s really not a surprise those horses go lame and give up all together. I really noticed how many of the new winning riders just have two in the class and gallop round so hard to win, sometimes they do sometimes they don’t. The commentator will tell you how good they are but behind the scenes they shouldn’t even be on a horse. I was shocked at the abuse.

Funny today as my ex-livery (whom I slung out) was on Facebook talking to my livery and trying to get her to leave my yard. I feel very sorry for Anna Ekelund really as her ways are a little retarded for a 37 year old women and that is actually sad. I got fed up with her ego and therefore recommended she left but since then she has been quite nasty about the place, and I find it secretly amusing she hasn’t remembered she didn’t volunteer to leave she was in fact given her notice, so a bit daft to condemn a place she loved so much.

People that are bitter are in fact the most unhappy individuals. I’m thankful I’m happy inside not to have to behave like that.

I have managed to sell two pups this week, for £500 each and now only have two left, and by golly they really are fantastic huge pups, already the two new homes are just excellent people and that makes me so happy I can help make someone’s life happier.

Sky is now enjoying a holiday and I will bring him back in when I hear from the Equine Pathway. I’m praying I’m still on it. I think I will be as I have reached all my goals I set out on him to do this year. I’m quietly optimistic.

I’m now going to give Squeak some work, he’s been a very good boy lately.
