Hi I posted this video for you to watch, don’t you think its fantastic, I’m so chuffed. I did have a few problems the first day at the show with both horses, but I was very pleased how I managed to work through it with them and for them both to finish up jumping so well. There were over 80 starters and only 12 clears, the standard was high as it was a premiere show. I was so pleased because I had given up with Sabbers indoors, so after a winter of training and to go straight to a good show like this and now riding her in spurs, which has taken two years for her to except them. I was very happy with the end result, so I’m back on track and ready to start show jumping again.

It shows you that jumping today is mainly about flat work, otherwise you don’t have the ride ability, this has been lacking for quite a while with the Mare and is what makes Sky so easy. I thank God I went to Graham who encouraged me to improve Sabbers flat work, what a huge difference it has made to the job..

Skiing is off, typical I new Ken was a bull shitter, what I don’t understand about people is how they can let you down knowing how little I think of him for it, gosh I would hate to be that unpopular, strange isn’t it, anyway Jacksons pleased as he won the bet. I think its Gods way of telling me to press on with my riding, so on we go. I couldn’t be any happier right now, or could I ?
