Good morning. Its another beautiful summers day here in the UK.

Saturday night I was invited to a dinner party by my good friend Nadia as it was her birthday. Nadia always thinks of me and generally her parties are pretty good, in fact she always seems to have a few good looking single men hanging around her, mind you I’ve noticed they always tend to be Jewish, not that I dislike Jews but I have little experience with Jewish men and have never heard many good things about them.

So sitting next to me was a very handsome guy who looked about my age. He struck up a bit of conversation and seemed easy enough to get along with, although my mind was elsewhere most of the night. I was then very surprised when he asked me for a date as the evening came to an end.

I thought about it and decided that going to the beach in Bournemouth would be a good call for the date. Well I had been thinking of the sea a lot lately and he seemed easy enough so yesterday we met up and went to the seaside.

Its always interesting going out with new people. I don’t think I could ever get bored of it. I picked him up at ten and we sped off up the motorway chatting non stop until we arrived. I have to say the beach was so beautiful it wouldn’t have mattered who I was with I was going to enjoy it.

Anyway it was a very pleasant day and we got on seemingly very well. He took me for dinner after, which was interesting as being the great eater that I am I was disappointed he didn’t go for a starter. As a lady it would be polite to follow his actions, so no starter, although he rather strangely offered me one after we ordered, so we had a pleasant dinner, however when I got up to use the bathroom I came back to the table and the bill was paid and he was clearly ready to leave. I don’t think I have ever had dinner with a man who didn’t offer me anything else before paying the bill, so either he couldn’t stand any more of my company, or maybe he doesn’t enjoy food, or maybe he was hard up for money, whatever the reason I will probably find out, oh and by the way he is Jewish …
