Good evening.

Sorry its been so long. I’ve been that busy, plus I lost the password to the account and Nik has been away so I did not have access to the Blog.

Anyhow I am back, so what’s been happening? well Sky and Sabbers have just come back from a week at Hickstead. Considering I missed the first day as I had no lorry, still waiting on it to get a blasted MOT, I had to get a lift for the second day by one of my liveries. She kindly came back and picked my horses up which meant I went down in my car which was fun and arrived there just in time for the bar. So basically I only had one day to qualify two horses for the main arena. Can you believe that given the few shows the pair have been to they both qualified. Sabbers was 6th and Sky 8th. They took the first 12 or 15 through so I was really pleased. I think there were 200 starters. On the day of the final I had the same fence down with both horses, rider error. You would have thought I would have learnt from the first round.
If I was going to give myself any credit I would like to add, firstly I had the worst drawer you could get. Sabbers was the first to go and Sky was in the middle somewhere. I wanted to ride Sabbers last as I find it so difficult to ride him after her but the otherway round is OK, don’t ask, its just the way I am. Secondly I had not eaten all day so I couldn’t even see straight, it was very weird. I really needed someone there to help me prepare properly, but all my friends went home early after having not qualified and being fed up.

Alan wanted to come down but I didn’t see the point of him hanging around really. I mean he isn’t horsey although he says he would like to be, but I got the feeling things were better that he stayed home. I needed to concentrate. So all was good and what I was able to video I put on YouTube. We didn’t video much as Pru lost the video camera which didn’t help.
I really enjoyed the show and I stayed with Melissa in her new Oakley which got me back in to really liking the away shows, hopefully we will start doing a lot more together.
The yard is going very well, although I haven’t been there much. I’m told the Cobs are going great, thank God, and I have a customer for Cedrick this Saturday so I’m praying he suits the people, as my Harrods bill has come in and Cedrick will need to settle it.
My neighbours which I love are leaving so that means new ones are coming. I had lunch with Mark today to tell him to warn the agents of the no children no animals no noise and to put up with me and Vargi rule. I pray for some good ones, preferably an attractive male with a lot of money using it as a stop gap while seeking a divorce, only joking!
So I saw my ex at the show, we were getting on fine till I beat him, he continued to ignore me after that, shame really as I am busting to talk to him, don’t ask me why!
I have been trying new horses for one of my customers and nearly found one but that didn’t happen so I am on the look again. I’m waiting on God to lead the way. I’m excited as this could be a new good horse for me to compete, which is just what I’m short of right now. I was going to retire Sky after Hickstead, but I don’t think he wants me to. I don’t know. I will wait and see what happens.
Anyway I think that’s about it. I know your dying to know about my love life. Well I have got something to tell you, but your going to have to wait. Talk soon.
