It’s a beautiful hot November day.
Can you believe I just said that. Well that’s how strange the weather is right now. Anyway I am not going to complain as I am wearing a tea shirt and having lunch in the with my clients and liveries. The show was good and Sabbers came 12th in the 1.30 and Sky was 19th. Yes that’s 19th out of 100 starters. I did all the turns and still ended up there. Show jumping in the UK is unbelievable. You need a quick, fast and careful horse. Sabbers went a bit to high in the 1.40 but as she is trying so hard for me I pulled her up a little as I don’t want to scare her. When I arrived home I realised that she had banged her leg, so we will take it easy for a few days.
Sky the colt has gone to a friends for some breaking, apparently he has been naughty so it wont be as quick as I was hoping. He does have a little streak there and I am hoping they will knock it out of him.
Facebook is going strong and I have some wonderful people on there chatting every night, including the wonderful Syrian man I find totally charming. I cant help wishing there was someone like him living in the UK, damn shame. I am sure we would get on very well.
I have not heard any more from Alan, Thank God. Anyway Steve’s here with some fresh cream cakes, so I had better go in case I miss out. 🙂
