Well its been an exciting November.

Its been Amazingly sunny and mild. The yard is crammed with wonderful people. Its funny because it wasn’t long ago that I was praying for every stable to have a head over the door and each owner to be wonderful. Well guess what. God is faithful. Talking of his Grace. I talked with Lars last month. He asked me to pray for his ever decreasing health, so I did. I also asked the church to pray as I was quite worried. He doesn’t usually ask and I felt it must be bad. Anyway, he was on my mind so I decided to give him a ring.

I was a little bit nervous as when you don’t hear from someone who is unwell and getting on you naturally think the worse. Well, to my amazement he said; Nikki, I don’t know what you have been doing, but whatever it is don’t stop. God is faithful. He went on to tell me that he has not felt this good in years. Gods Grace is amazing.

By the way, for those of you that don’t know Lars Sederholm he is the legendary founder of Waterstock House, where anyone who is anyone went for their training. Do not ask how I managed to get in, that’s another story. Anyway Lars and I have had a very close relationship ever since those days and he checks every video I ask. Just to keep me from making any big mistakes. What an amazing man and what an Amazing God.

So what else. I am off to a show tomorrow with Vanilla and Dakar. Vanilla was awful today, dead in the mouth, stiff and awkward. So she get loads a load of work, and Dakar, well he is just outstanding. I really like him a lot. I also like Vanilla as she is Sky’s daughter but she will need a bit of time. Talking of Sky, the colt is at Penny’s and she said he has been a good boy. I do miss him and I’m looking forward to riding him when he gets home.

My Syrian friend is in touch everyday and how I look forward to our chats. I love it when conversations migrate from Facebook to the phone as now we talk every day. I have the same relationship with Jacky.

Its such a shame that all these wonderful people are so out of my reach. I guess its supposed to be like that otherwise it would be different.
