French Doors.

I’m sitting writing with the French doors open and looking out at my beautiful garden. I’m always slightly nervous with the doors open, in case my cat brings a bird home, yuk I hate dead animals.

I sold a few of Amelie’s puppies today. I’m selling them for £250 and they sell like hot cakes. It’s a good earner, although if I added up the food they do cost plenty. I’m hoping they get loving homes. So far I think I’m picking well.

I will keep two, a sulker who I will call beast and a barker called beauty. I’m sceptical about names that are pairs in case one dies, but hopefully that won’t happen.

I went to physio today for my dislocated finger. I’m OK and she says its looking good. It’s still sore to ride but its early days.

Sky’s going well and so is Wesley. He’s a bit spooky but I hope he is easy enough in the ring. He’s all the scope but very hesitant off the floor and I hope I can give him the confidence he needs.

Rocky will be examined tomorrow and Willow will be vetted and I’m praying for two lots of good news.

Rocky is being very good about his box rest but I do hope it’s not going to drag on. Moteia seems patient which I’m pleased about but he’s such a good client that I’m so upset for him. I’ve always taken such good care of his horse and I just cannot believe its gone lame.

Anyway I hope when I write next I’m full of cheer.
