Well its been a very nice Easter and I have enjoyed painting the gate, tables and chairs in the garden in the glorious sunshine. Church was good last night. I went with Steve a good friend of mine and we both enjoyed a sunday roast down the pub after.

Noblise was successfully swapped for Storm and I bought another beautiful cob called Bertie yesterday. Roll on the dealing as I need to pay for the shows.

Sabbers is now on Regimate and is already improving so it confirms her seasons clearly bothering her, and Sky junior has returned from Jimmy Listers yard and seems happy and relaxed after two weeks of long reining. Sky is also on top form and is now living in the foaling stable as he was getting too excited living in doors with all the mares.

Atlanta’s foal will be due in June and I am very excited. I have already chosen a name and I am praying its a filly, no more colts please God for a while. All the youngsters look very promising and I cannot see me selling any of them so I will need to be earning a lot of money to keep this lot.

Anyway off with Sabbers for a lesson with Graham tomorrow.

I am very happy that the off licence has reopened at the top of the road and I will go up there now and buy some chocolate and come back and watch Midsummer murders. Catch you later …
