Wow what an exciting week.
Firstly my new car has arrived and it’s even better than I thought. It’s an Audi Quattro TT in jet metallic black and is really smart. It has a sat navigation (I’ve never had a sat navigation before) good wheels leather hide in black with heated seats. Now if that wasn’t enough I came first and won the 1.30 on Rocky and Skyline came 3rd in the Newcomers.
A very good show with the other horses jumping some very good rounds. I went to Brook Farm (local) for the first time. Other than the warm up being to small, the actual outdoors is fantastic. The horses coped well with all the spookie fences.
Also I’m going for planning permission at the stables and my family are very excited and are helping me to build a timber framed 3 bed cottage or log cabin there. It’s going to be fab. I’m in the process of designing it now, and all my family are up for it. Pentonville Lodge is going to be so fantastic.
The SHOWJUMPING field is taking all my time, just harrowing, strimming and cutting etc. I will try and make it perfect like Hickstead. I will try to post some videos.
I’ve also been buying more jumps, so you can imagine how good I’m going to be soon.
And finally, my auntie and uncle from Cornwall came to visit today. We haven’t seen each other for a while. We had a beautiful lunch opposite my house in Buckhurst Hill and I really enjoyed finishing the day walking my dogs around the vast amount of land that one day will be my bedroom view.
