At last Nick’s car has been removed, its been occupying space at my stables for the last 5 years and I don’t believe it has been moved once, so finally I took initiative and got Colin the mechanic to either make it road worthy or scrap it, I hope he is honest and gets it going cheaply for me as it could be useful, especially for the dogs.

Its been a reasonable week, horses are mainly hacking out due to no jumping, so that’s been nice as the weather is very sunny and dry. Most of my painting is now finished although I have saved a bit for Nik as he would probably do a nicer job than me. The yard is looking smart and the flowers are blooming and I’m looking forward to taking Sabbers to Pycombe next week. I have decided not to go to Wales as its just too time consuming for just one horse.

I’m off to church later but sadly alone as my mother is not well.
