Cold & Horrible.

Its been a fairly quiet week, cold horrible weather but finally it is warmer and a bit more pleasant. My new groom was late a few times so I made it very clear I do not tolerate lateness. Since then she has been really good. I am pleased and I like her and I think she will be a very good groom with a bit of training. I have been giving her jumping lessons on will and to my amazement this Willow horse really jumps.

I am disappointed in the market as I have not had any calls, not even a time waster. I would love to sell her so I can get an electric ramp fitted and teak out my office. I am so excited about it i cant tell you. So I am really praying she will quickly sell.

I am very pleased this week as I got a call from Penny saying she really likes my colt and he is jumping well. I am relieved that I am breeding really nice horses. I bought Dazzel a new CWD bridle, its really smart and I cant wait for her to be in it. I am leaving her until May and then I will start again with her.

Nik is here at the moment and working hard on the tiding of the yard, it all looks super smart and that makes me feel very happy. Yesterday we had a lovely lunch on the table in the yard garden, it was so nice with the sun on my face. I actually picked up a colour.

This weekend I am taking it easy but on Tuesday I will go to Addington with a few clients horses while Chelsea and Nik do the yard.

I am looking forward to Monday as I am going to my trainers (Lars Sederholm) for lunch. I cant wait to see him. I have bought him a book, which I have been reading, which I think he will love.

Anyway, speak soon.
