A productive week.
It was a really productive week. On Wednesday I took Argento and Bambi to Keysoe. I haven’t been there for a while and have to say I liked it a lot. Not just because I jumped 4 double clears and got two seconds but I just thought it was bright clean and nicely done.
I took Spinner with me, (a bit random I know) but he’d had a tough week. He had been beaten up by Cannon and Amelie and they actually hurt him, so feeling sorry for himself he came along and he really enjoyed himself.
I took him for some lovely walks in the Bedfordshire sunshine in between my classes . I found the whole day full up with God and peace. It was lovely.
Finally I think my cousin is pushing things forward for my new house. We have a lady called Jane on board who knows her stuff. So far it’s looking fairly promising. She sent me some other information where other people have been granted consent in similar circumstances.
I’m nervous about it as I want this so bad, my whole focus this year has been on the house. I actually see it in my dreams and the dogs would love it if I’m there all the time.
So it’s coming to the end of the summer and I think it’s been a very happy and healthy one all round. My horses look very well for their breaks, especially Sky, and now I’m really looking forward to getting him back in work. I’m so excited to see how this little bomb of a horse is going to turn out.
The weekend will be busy as Dr Brems will come and check on Rocky. I think he will be pleased as he looks well and sound and I’m proud to say I’ve managed to keep this large strong spirited horse under control for several months.
I’m optimistic he will be able to come into full work very soon. Then fingers crossed he will be able to jump at some good shows.
Tonight I’m off out to dinner and tomorrow I’m going to see the movie Captain Phillips, so I have a great weekend planned and of course church on Sunday.
A friend has got me going on a blind date as she’s found me a man she thinks I will like. He’s a Police Sargent. Sounds interesting.
I will keep you all informed .
