A really good week this week.

I loved the fact that on Monday Novak beat Nadal in the O2 in the London finals. It was such a high class performance I was stunned. I always believed Novak to be the best in the world and naturally I had a few bets on it and was pleased with my winnings.

Mum and I went out to dinner in the middle of the week to a new local restaurant which we both enjoyed. My mum is a great listener and always seems to understand each situation well, and I’m always impressed with how beautiful she looks.

Argento has gone back to his owner and I’m pleased with my work. He has completely turned a corner and was jumping pretty good. He will go to a show on Sunday with the owner and Grace will take Eddy and I will go along as coach. I’m optimistic that both will jump well.

Amelie went for Grace in the tack room although I am not sure why. She is a fabulous guard dog and I do love her but I can’t tell you how much trouble she gets me in.

Oh and some very good news. It would appear that my neighbour has finally left the building so things have been so beautiful and peaceful lately. The short time I spend at home has been so wonderful. I suddenly remembered why I love Buckhurst Hill so much.

I’ve been lazy this week with my writing and Michelle has completely given up on me finishing the book, so I must make a huge effort over the weekend to get the last chapters finished.

Also I need to focus on the planning as paperwork doesn’t come naturally to me, and to make it worse I always seem to get someone knocking on the door to go to Café Rouge. I love their coffee.

The sun has been out this week so I managed to play tennis on Tuesday. Tonight  I also played a good game and learnt  a lot and I will use this for my next game. Also I met a guy who wants to play me which I am really looking forward to.

The best news of the week is James is sending me a video clip of Sparkles. He is under saddle and looks very easy. I had been a bit worried about him especially since he dislocated my finger, but he looks really sweet. I keep saying it but I’m really looking forward to January. It seems I’ve bred some very nice horses.
