Hello hello, having a good week so far.
I enjoyed today and managed to go to the Bank and buy some short feed. I schooled a few and lunged a lot but the highlight of the day was riding Sparkles. He’s so cute I just love him. He’s everything I wanted in a stallion.
A lot easier than Sky but Sky is coming along nicely. Slowly but surely.
The weekend is going to be hard as I have no staff tomorrow and I thought I should give Chelsy the afternoon off. She works so late with me at the show I feel it’s the least I could do. She’s the best girl I’ve ever had and so honest I can really trust her. She also tells me everything and is very loyal which is very important to me.
On Sunday I’m leaving for the Equine Pathway with Mum. I’m really looking forward to it, not just for the jumping but Mum cooking for me and laying us a nice table. I love things like that.
It was funny last week as an ex decided he wanted to take me out again. I had no idea why but I said yes and went for a drink. He’s a sweet guy but not really my type. Just as well really as he apologized for not being in touch for a while. He said I was difficult to read (not really but quite obvious I would have thought, and anyhow what’s wrong with asking).
So he makes a mini come back but this time doesn’t want to do dinner just drinks (smart really) although I didn’t care and you can’t help notice someone who is a bit mean.
After hovering around waiting for me to invite him in (that’s not going to happen) he SMS’d me and asks me to forgive him for his lack of communication. He thought it was my fault because I’m difficult to read and wondered if we can we carry on as before. Not really as I don’t like long silences (my fault or not).
I don’t see why I would carry on as before without being dated. Anyway its funny because he ends up telling me he can read people fairly easily and finds me a bit aloof. Hey I’m not going to argue, I’m sure I am.
Anyway he gave up, and as you know there’s nothing more sexy than a quitter and bearing in mind he is still living with his family and girlfriend and two children.
I thought jeez I’m not explaining myself to a man that can do that, anyway gone.
